- Project Management: Skills in planning, executing, and managing supply chain projects, including budgeting, scheduling, and stakeholder coordination.
- Strategic Sourcing & Procurement: Knowledge of vendor evaluation, contract negotiation, and cost analysis to support strategic purchasing decisions.
- Global Perspective: Understanding of international trade, cross-border logistics, and global supply chain strategies.
- Communication & Collaboration: Strong interpersonal and professional communication skills to work effectively across departments and with external partners.
- Risk Management: Ability to identify potential disruptions and develop contingency plans to ensure supply chain resilience.
These competencies position graduates for roles such as supply chain analyst, logistics coordinator, procurement specialist, operations manager, and more—across industries including manufacturing, retail, healthcare, and technology.
