The Undergraduate Certificate in Business Legal Analysis is designed to provide graduates with the following marketable skills:
- Recognize when and how laws affect professional decision-making.
- Protect businesses from legal risk and ensure compliance with local, state and federal laws.
- Identify the public policy implications of passed and proposed legislation.
- Identify when complex legal issues would benefit from further analysis by an attorney and communicate effectively with attorneys in such situations.
- Identify ethical dilemmas in the business context and use ethical reasoning in decision-making.
