MCPD 3376. Field & Studio Audio Recording. 3 Hours.
Students in this course distinguish technical, aesthetic and audio production differences between field and studio environments. Proper techniques for creating and reinforcing high-quality audio in diverse settings is emphasized. Pre-production planning, equipment selection, and post-production editing will be studied. Equivalents: MCOM 3376, MCFL 3376.
Prerequisite: MCOM 1332, MCOM 1371, and a score of 80 or higher on the Grammar Module.
