LETE 4302. Field Experience in Learning Technologies. 3 Hours.
Students complete a field-based project, that includes conducting a systematic training needs analysis under the guidance of a professional mentor. The field experience focuses on synthesizing professional skills to diagnose organizational performance problems, analyze root causes, and propose a justified, viable solution.
Prerequisite: 24 hours of LETE courses.
