KINE 3130. BLS, Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation/AED. 1 Hour.
Students acquire the knowledge and skillset in Basic Life Support (BLS), basic skills to prepare for and respond to emergencies, and cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR). Students learn how to use an automated external defibrillator (AED) and how to implement emergency and preventive measures. Students may choose to become certified through the American Heart Association (BLS certification) with additional certification fees.
