FINC 5325. Strategic Banking Leadership. 3 Hours.
Students explore the dynamic landscape of modern banking by analyzing leadership practices, regulatory frameworks, and strategic decision-making processes. They engage with senior industry professionals to cover timely topics such as regulatory frameworks, governance, risk management, and emerging trends shaping today’s financial institutions. They develop the leadership skills needed to navigate complexity, foster innovation, and lead effectively in a dynamic, highly regulated environment. Students are required to complete this course twice during their program. The course content evolves each year, as it is informed by the annual Leadership Lecture Series, which highlights new and emerging topics in Banking and Financial Institutions.
Prerequisite: Admission to the Executive Master of Business Administration in Banking and Financial Institutions Program.
