COUN 7341. Internship in Counselor Supervision. 3 Hours.
Internship in the practice of counseling supervision. Students meet for supervision of supervision in a seminar group class every other week to assess their effectiveness in their supervisory relationship, obtain feedback on taped session, and integrate these learnings into their supervisory process. Additionally, they meet weekly for triadic supervision of supervision with a counselor educator. COUN 7334 cannot be taken concurrently. COUN 7334 with a grade of B or higher, cannot take concurrently.
Prerequisite: Acceptance into a counselor education doctoral program.
