COSC 6318. Language and Compiler Design. 3 Hours.
Students investigate the features of programming languages and the fundamentals of compiler design. They analyze common and diverse language features, support for parallel programming, and run-time systems. In addition, students study the compiler process and learn how compilers are constructed, with emphasis on lexical analysis and parsing.
