COSC 5322. Real-Time and Embedded Systems. 3 Hours.
Students learn the fundamentals of embedded system design using mbed and apply it to rapidly develop embedded systems. Topics may include ARM mbed system, digital and analog input/output, ARM mbed programming techniques, serial communication, wireless communication (Bluetooth and Zigbee), internet communication and control, memory and data management, hardware clocks, power supply, timers, and interrupts.
