COMS 5363. Interpersonal Conflict. 3 Hours.
Students examine the nature and dynamics of interpersonal conflict in close relationships. The course explores the emotional, cognitive, and communicative processes that make conflict challenging and introduces strategies for managing disagreement more effectively. Topics may include hurtful communication, forgiveness, relational repair, and the role of communication in sustaining healthy relationships.
