CLIN 7420. Primary Care – Family Medicine. 4 Hours.
Students work with family medicine physicians who care for patients with medical illness in the outpatient clinic, the hospital, or in both scenarios. Experiences may include some intensive care. Students engage with patients to collect data, perform physical examinations, and work with their attending physician to reason through differential diagnoses and generate a plan for management of common medical scenarios.
Prerequisite: CLIN 7405.
