CLIN 7417. Primary Care – Internal Medicine. 4 Hours.
Students engage with internal medicine physicians who care for patients with complex medical problems in the outpatient clinic, the hospital, or in both scenarios. Experiences may include some intensive care. Students collect data, perform physical examinations, and work with their attending physician to reason through differential diagnoses and generate a plan for management of complex medical scenarios.
Prerequisite: CLIN 7402.
