CLIN 7062. Surgery – Neurosurgical Intensive Care. 1-4 Hours.
Students train with physicians who provide intensive care for patients with neurosurgical conditions. The experience may include outpatient clinic, inpatient admissions, consultations, and surgical interventions. Students collect data, perform a physical examination, attend operative interventions, and work with their Attending physician(s) to reason through differential diagnoses and generate a plan for management of neurosurgical disorders. Credit: Variable, maximum 4 hours.
