CLIN 7040. Pediatrics – Endocrinology. 1-4 Hours.
Students train with endocrinologists who care for children with hormone disorders. The experience may include outpatient clinic, inpatient admissions, and/or subspecialty consultations. Students engage with patients in the collection of data, perform physical examinations, and work with their attending physician to reason through differential diagnoses and generate plans for management of children with hormonal disorders. Credit: 1-4 hours.
