CLIN 7037. Pediatrics – Cardiology. 1-4 Hours.
Students train with pediatric cardiologists who care for children with cardiovascular conditions. The experience may include an outpatient surgical suite rotation and inpatient admissions and/or consultations. Students engage with patients in the collection of data, perform physical examinations, and work with their attending physician to reason through differential diagnoses and generate plans for management of childhood cardiovascular disease. Credit: 1-4 hours.
