CLINÂ 7011. Internal Medicine - Hospital Medicine. 1-4 Hours.
Students train with internal medicine physicians, or internal medicine subspecialists, who care for hospitalized patients with serious illness. The experience may include inpatient admissions and/or consultations and some intensive care. Students engage with patients in the collection of data, to perform a physical examination, and to work with their Attending physician to reason through differential diagnoses and generate a plan for management of serious illness. Credit: 1-4 hours.
