CJCB 4304. Correctional Standards and Staff Accountability. 3 Hours.
Students examine professional standards, ethical leadership, and legal compliance to analyze accountability within correctional organizations. Topics may include ethical decision-making, disciplinary and grievance procedures, due process, employee and incarcerated individual rights, organizational integrity, and accountability systems.
