ANSC 4389. Animal Reproduction. 3 Hours.
Students explore the physiology of the male and female reproductive tract; hormones governing reproduction; the estrous cycle; mating; gestation; parturition; lactation; artificial insemination; embryo transfer technology; and factors affecting reproductive efficiency of common animal species used for agricultural purposes.
