ACCTÂ 5360. Analytics in Accounting. 3 Hours.
Students concentrate on data acquisition, analysis, interpretation, presentation, and application of analytics and intelligent systems in an accounting context. Students gain hands-on experience with the technologies and tools shaping the accounting profession. Project-oriented computer-based assignments develop students' technical, analytical, and decision-making skills essential for a data-driven, tech-enhanced accounting environment.
Prerequisite: Admission to the MS in Accounting program.
