Graduate Certificate in Effective Online Instruction

The Effective Online Instruction graduate certificate provides students who are majoring in the Instructional Systems Design and Technology Programs with the strategies and techniques necessary to effectively teach online courses. This certificate will benefit individuals who wish to incorporate best practices in online instruction for business, non-profit organizations, and/or institutions of higher learning.

Applicants seeking admission to the graduate certificate program in Effective Online Instruction must submit the following directly to the Office of Graduate Admissions:

1. Graduate Application
2. Application fee
3. Official transcript from the baccalaureate degree granting institution.
4. Evidence of acceptance into either the Masters Program or the Doctorate Program in Instructional Systems Design and Technology at SHSU
