Master of Education in Instructional Systems Design and Technology
The Master of Education in Instructional Systems Design and Technology is designed for individuals who wish to learn more about the use of instructional technology in the workplace. This program blends coursework from faculty with expertise in Education and Computer Science to promote a strong working knowledge of digital-age learning environments. The degree requires thirty hours of graduate credit.
The Culminating Research Project for this program allows the candidate to demonstrate the knowledge and skills required of an instructional designer. During the last two semesters of the program, candidates research, design, evaluate, and implement an online training course while showing mastery of integrated objectives. The candidate’s overall experience in this process is captured in the form of a case study and presented in the format of a paper/article, to be submitted to a conference/journal, if the candidate chooses.
Applicants seeking admission to the Master of Education in Instructional Systems Design and Technology must submit the following directly to the Office of Graduate Admissions:

- Application fee
- Official transcript from the baccalaureate degree granting institution.
