Board Certified Behavior Analyst
Program Description
The program in applied behavior analysis provides students with the necessary coursework and field experience for becoming a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, which is a national certification. Students are required to complete a year of supervised fieldwork in applied behavior analysis with both individual and group supervision.
Our program complies with existing standards for professional certification set by the Behavior Analysis Certification Board. The coursework may also be taken in coordination with the M.A. in Special Education.
Admissions
Applicants seeking admission for this program must submit the following directly to the Office of Graduate Admissions:
- Graduate Application
- Application fee
- Official transcript from the baccalaureate degree granting institution
- Official transcript of master's degree conferral from an accredited institution
- Two letters of recommendation
- A writing sample
